How to Use GoodVibe Daily: A Quick Walkthrough
GoodVibe is three quiet tools in one site — not another dashboard. Here is how each page works and how to start today.
GoodVibe Daily is built for people who want a steadier day without downloading another wellness app. You get a meditation timer with streak tracking, a curated quote library, and a lightweight journal — all on the web, free to start as a guest. This walkthrough shows what each page does and how to combine them into a five-minute ritual you can repeat on busy mornings or at the end of a long day.
What GoodVibe is — and what it is not
GoodVibe is not a course, a social feed, or a streak game designed to guilt you. It is a small set of pages you can open in a browser tab: breathe for a few minutes, read one line that fits your mood, write one honest sentence if you want to. There is no separate Progress page — your streak and session history live inside Meditate so feedback stays attached to the habit.
Meditate — start with a timer, not a performance
Open Meditate and pick a duration — five minutes is the default sweet spot. Optional ambient sound helps some people settle; silence works too. During a session you can note a distraction without leaving the page. When you finish, your streak updates and recent sessions appear in the history panel on the same page. You do not need to optimize the session — showing up counts.
Quotes — one line, four moods
Open Quotes and tap the card for a new line. Filter by Motivation, Healing, Hustle, or Calm when you know what you need. The first quote of the day is pinned so a refresh does not steal your anchor. Save lines you love, copy or share them, and browse the grid when you want to pick intentionally instead of randomly.
Journal — one line is enough
Open Journal after a session or on its own. You do not need a long entry — one sentence about what you noticed, what you want to carry into the next hour, or what you need to let go of. Entries are private. If the page feels blank, our journal prompts guide offers six gentle starting points.
Three pages, one loop — breathe, read, write, return.
Tie it together in five minutes
A simple loop: start the timer, read one quote in your chosen category, write one journal line, close the tab. For a step-by-step version with sample timing, see A Five-Minute Daily Ritual. On days with only two minutes, do the timer and one quote — the loop flexes with your week.
Guest or signed in
You can use Meditate, Quotes, and Journal as a guest. Sign in when you want journal entries and meditation data synced across devices. Nothing requires a subscription to begin — start with one quiet minute and add steps when they feel natural.
A shorter honest loop still counts.
Quick FAQ: Using GoodVibe Daily
Do I need to use all three pages every day?
No. Meditate alone is a valid session. Quotes alone can reset your tone. Journal alone can help you name what is true. Combine them when you have five minutes.
Where do I see my streak?
On the Meditate page — current streak and recent sessions live there, not on a separate Progress URL.
What should I read next?
Try the five-minute ritual guide for timing, or browse 5-minute resets when a specific moment feels hard.
Open Meditate, start five minutes, and read one quote when the timer ends.
